Anyone may become part of CowParade by sponsoring a cow.
Sponsors are greatly needed and benefited by their involvement as they
contribute to the local artist community and local charity at the same
time.
There are also wonderful marketing benefits for businesses
who sign on as sponsors. Sponsors, along with the artists, are recognized
on the plaques affixed to the base of the cows, in event publications,
such as our official event book and viewing guides, and on this website.
There are special sponsorship opportunities available as
well. For example, in each event city CowParade organizes a city school
program for which it seeks a corporate sponsor. In New York, BASF underwrote
the cost of the school program which included 50 cows - 40 for students
and 10 for teachers. Winning designs were selected from hundreds of submissions.
